在Rosa26位点定点敲(qiao)入CAG-tdToamto序列，获得(de)全(quan)身(shen)表达(da)红色荧光的首建(jian)鼠(shu)。首建(jian)鼠(shu)与野生(sheng)型(xing)C57BL/6NCrl交配(pei)获得(de)杂合鼠(shu)，杂合鼠(shu)互配(pei)获得(de)纯合鼠(shu)。
2. 表型(xing)
除红(hong)细胞和毛发外，该小鼠品(pin)系的细胞可以激发出(chu)红(hong)色(se)荧光（tdToamto）.
3. 应(ying)用领域
小(xiao)鼠(shu)细(xi)胞或组织追踪；另外分离自tdToamto红色(se)荧光小(xiao)鼠(shu)的细(xi)胞可能(neng)比转染(ran)EGFP质(zhi)粒的野生型小(xiao)鼠(shu)原代细(xi)胞更容易培养。
